Did you enjoy the game “This War of Mine”? Not just with the game play but because of the eerie black and white scenery? Did you wish for a more supernatural background mixed in with a scary game? Then the game, “White Night” is for you.

Explore an old macabre mansion and solve puzzles of light and shadow in this horror game. This game is set in the 1930s America and draws on rich noir-era themed story telling. It’s in third person view and involves exploration and puzzle solving in a mature tension filled setting.  After the player was in a near fatal car crash, they are willed to seek for help and stumble upon the derelict mansion and the player is determined to find out the past of the mansion to try and release the house from its tortured past.

White Night’s features:

Players must use not only light but the darkness as well to bring the truth of the mansion’s history in focus and help the mansion escape the torture of its past.

White Night stands at an intersection of fantastic lore, cinema and video games. The game play was inspired by masterpieces of noir films and the threatening views of German expressionism.

In White Night, light draws a broken line between form and substance, a road mark built between life and death. It’s a struggling journey to the heart of darkness; a one way journey that sometimes a person needs to make to accomplish the meaning of their existence.
