The first ever GameaCon will be taking place this weekend (from Thursday the 19th to Sunday the 22nd) at the Tropicano Casino Resort in Atlantic City, NJ.
GameaCon is a place for indie game developers and indie game fans alike. There will be panel discussions about writing for games, coding for games, and starting your own game company, as well as speakers from the gaming industry like Jon Jones, Content Curator at Epic Games and Dave Voyles of Microsoft. There will also be a variety of other activities like Smash Bros. tournaments, Street Fighter tournaments, and cosplay contests!
