It seems that yet another sweet morsel of Destiny information has leaked again! This tidbit of information pertains to the upcoming expansion, The House of Wolves. The very same Reddit user, Megamanexe4, who brought us the boatload of leaked screens in early February, now brings us a new screenshot. Early trailers of Destiny revealed what seemed to be a non-combatant area of the Reef, the homeworld of the Awoken. After mentioning this a few times in development and showing it in a single trailer, it was never heard from again. Many (including myself) cried out about this being a prime example of content that was dashed in order to resell as DLC at a later date.
In this screenshot we can clearly see a placeholder name for that very same space. This social space most likely be similar to the tower, yet its uses have yet to be revealed. Why would Bungie create a second tower that functions the exact same way as the one we already have? Rumors and screenshots have also surfaced about Queens Bounty missions. Another interesting fragment of the Destiny Universe that seems to have disappeared are the two factions that have not made an appearance since launch. Perhaps this new social area is where we can pick up missions for the queen and also interact Osiris and the Seven Seraphs, the elusive factions.
Other details include new crucible game modes. Inferno Skirmish, Clash, and Control, be almost exactly like their original counterparts except for one huge change, no radar. This can either bring a new feel to the Crucible or bring on a new wave of campers. This is all speculation however, and Bungie has yet to confirm or deny any of these details. Until HoW’s launch, we can only speculate and drool over these new screen shots.
