San Diego Comic-Con has come and gone and for those of us who weren’t able to attend this year, we can stop crying now. The silver lining is thanks to the wonderful Internet, and lovely sharing, the rest of us can still enjoy the amazing trailers that premiered at Comic-Con this year without ever having seen an airport in the process. No need to troll the web, I’ve found some—not all—of the most amazing Comic-Con trailers, which should just about bring you up to speed on some of the latest nerd gossip. No worries, I only posted the legit videos. Enjoy.
The Walking Dead: Season 6
Crazy Rick is here to stay. At least that’s what it looks like in the trailer. Morgan becomes the leader…what? Daryl finds trouble again and poor Glen is running for his life, again. Some things never change and yet the new trailer for season 6 of The Walking Dead proves that “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.” October 11 can’t get here fast enough. Can’t wait.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
Can someone please tell Warner Bros. Pictures that we’re all on board for this movie, please? No one plans on skipping Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, because it looks that good. So, they can stop with the teasers, leaks and for goodness sakes don’t release any more killer trailers like this one. We get it already, this movie will be EPIC! We are so there.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens
I challenge everyone to think of a movie where the entire cast and crew—yes both—were both equally excited while filming. I’m pretty sure you’ll be hard pressed to top Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Watching this reel should make you want to see this movie that much more. Two things we learned from this reel among many: JJ Abrams just might be the best boss ever and everybody, yes everybody, loves Stars Wars.
Heroes Reborn
If it’s true that “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it,” then it must also be true that if it is broke, then let it be reborn. Ok, that’s not really a thing, but it could be and by the looks of the trailer for the new show Heroes Reborn it just might catch on. For those who don’t know, Heroes Reborn is a reboot of sorts of the original Heroes show on NBC. And while much of the cast has changed, the essence of what it once was still seems to be present. Here’s to hoping for the best.
Suicide Squad
Bravo! For those who had any doubts whatsoever, this trailer should have immediately put those doubts to rest. Prepare yourselves because Margot Robbie is about to shut the entire movie down. Wow, she is killing it as Harley Quinn, right? And, I must say, Will Smith looks quite impressive as Deadshot…just saying. I think it’s safe to say we’re all looking forward to 2016.
